Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite revealed early by mistake
1/15/2014 11:30:00 AM

Samsung may have wanted to wait until Mobile World Congress in February to reveal its Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, but that chance has been blown by Samsung Poland.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite was accidentally posted by Samsung Poland and Polish gadget retail site X-Kom.

Samsung published the manual on its site for anybody to download. We've taken a look at the English version and it appears to reveal the new Tab 3 Lite, or SM-T110.

Details revealed on the X-Kom include a 1.2GHz dual-core Marvell PXA986 A9 processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 8GB storage and an SD card slot, a 7-inch screen with 1024 x 600 (170ppi) resolution, Wi-Fi, a 3G version, a 3600mAh battery, 2-megapixel camera, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and a 9.7mm thick, 310g body.

The specs, as expected on a Lite model, aren't great. But also as we'd hoped the price is affordable at 500 PLN (£100) for Wi-Fi and 799 PLN (£160) for 3G.

Expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite revealed officially at Mobile World Congress in February, if not earlier now that it's leaked anyway.
