Nokia X (Normandy) specifications leaked again, will come in six colours

With Mobile World Congress and therefore the much-rumoured release date of the Nokia X (aka Normandy) Android smartphone approaching, speculation is becoming more focused. Not only has the phone appeared on a Vietnamese retailer's website in the last couple of days, but @evleaks has announced what he believes to be the confirmed specifications for the device.

Much of what social media's biggest supergrass posted on his Twitter account today complies with the specs claimed by the Vietnamese website. The phone will have a dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 4-inch 800 x 480 display and 512MB of RAM. It will not be Samsung Galaxy S4 rival, that's for sure.

Also listed by @evleaks are 4GB of storage with a microSD card slot for expansion, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 1,500mAh battery. The phone, he claims, will come with Nokia Store and third-party apps. There will also be dual-SIM capability and the outer shell will be available in six colours.

Price and availability details are still to be leaked, but it's looking more and more that this phone will be aimed at emerging markets rather than established ones.
